PedalTap innovator Grace Nakibaala honored with the Highest Civilian Award of Uganda.

Miss Grace Nakibaala  an Architect by profession, innovation fellow at Makerere University School Of Public Health under the Resilient African Network (RAN) with a passion for infection prevention and control for both community and occupational health setting, and lead innovator of the EpiTents used in the Covid 19 pandemic and other emergency situations was recently awarded Uganda’s Highest Civilian Award, the Golden Jubilee Medal by the president of the republic of Uganda HE Yoweri Kaguta Museveni at the women’s day celebrations heald at Kololo independence grounds on 8th / 03/ 2022.

 

The Golden Jubilee Medal is awarded in recognition of outstanding service and loyalty to Uganda awarded from October 9, 1962 to date.
